So, I made the banana ice cream and then (alongside my husband) devoured it all in one day. Needless to say: Success. I’ll make this again a million times. Seriously. Here are some photos!
Tada! Super easy. All I used was a blender and a freezer as far as tools are concerned. If you’ve got a wimpy blender like me, (someone please get me a Vitamix or a Blendtec!) I’d recommend cutting the banana up into small pieces before freezing and throwing them into the blender a little at a time. Make sure to add a little moisture at the beginning to get that vortex going and those bananas creaming.
